Just finished Alito's dissent.  Another brutal takedown of Roberts and the Majority.  And he strikes directly at Roberts's constant refrain about British Common Law being the basis for our understanding of citizenship.  Alito makes clear that involved allegiance to the King, and that even Britain abandoned that.   That is, Roberts's entire basis for his arguments about jurisdiction are bogus.
