Cette clause protège les clients européens même si Clever Cloud venait à être rachetée par une entité non-européenne. Elle complète les certifications existantes (SecNumCloud, RGPD) en anticipant les changements de contrôle. - Ce qu’elle garantit : Les données restent physiquement en Europe. Le contrôle opérationnel reste européen et indépendant des lois extraterritoriales (CLOUD Act, FISA…). - Comment cela fonctionne ? En cas de changement de contrôle, la clause s’active automatiquement. Un bénéficiaire public désigné (État, collectivité ou institution européenne) peut alors mandater un opérateur européen pour assurer la continuité du service ou organiser une migration maîtrisée, grâce aux scripts, procédures et documentation fournis. Cette clause mesure la souveraineté non seulement par l’emplacement actuel des données, mais par la capacité à garder le contrôle de l’infrastructure critique à long terme, quel que soit l’actionnaire futur. DuckDuckGo has added built-in YouTube ad blocking to its browser “Tired of ads interrupting your videos? Us, too,” The new feature blocks most ads that play before and during YouTube videos while keeping the normal YouTube experience, including watch history and playlists. It works on the YouTube website, not the YouTube app. The feature is already enabled by default on iPhone, Windows, and Mac. Android users can turn it on manually for now, with automatic rollout coming soon. The company also explained that it uses “community-driven filter lists sourced from uBlock Origin” alongside its own compatibility rules.

Microsoft is changing how AI works in Teams after backlash from users concerned about privacy. The company is adding a new “Meeting AI” button that lets meeting organizers and presenters turn Copilot, Facilitator, and AI Recap on or off at any time. The update will start rolling out in July 2026. The backlash started after Microsoft introduced Facilitator, an AI tool that can listen to meetings, take notes, answer questions in the chat, and create summaries.
