Obi & LP’s PEPT Prayers are as follows: - Declare that Tinubu and Shettima were not qualified to contest the Presidential Election held on February 25th, 2023. - Declare that all votes credited to Tinubu in the election are wasted votes, due to the non-qualification/disqualification of Tinubu and Shettima. - Declare that based on the remaining valid votes (after discounting the votes credited to Tinubu), Obi obtained a majority of the lawful votes cast at the election and had no less than 25% of the votes cast in each of at least 2/3 of the states and FCT, Abuja, thereby satisfying the constitutional requirements to be declared the winner of the February 2023 Presidential election. - Declare that Tinubu, having failed to score one-quarter of the votes cast at the Presidential election in the FCT, Abuja, was not entitled to be declared and returned as the winner of the Presidential election held on February 25th, 2023. If the above prayers cannot be granted, let the Presidential election conducted on February 25, 2023, be null and void on the ground that the election was not conducted substantially in accordance with the provisions of the Electoral Act, 2022 and 1999 constitution. We want an order canceling the Presidential Election conducted on February 25th, 2023, and mandating INEC to conduct a fresh election for the office of the President of the FRN.

Tinubu always wants to get things his way, just like he avoided debates before the election. All I want them to know is that it's not going to be business as usual. If they've been rigging elections before and getting away with it, that's not going to happen anymore. This particular case will choke them on their necks. It's time for Nigerians to take charge, and victory is sure.

After the election, INEC, Tinubu and APC faced lawsuits from five other political parties but BAT e-rats didn’t even know about it but they were busy shouting Anambra and Peter Obi.
