CELLULE DE RIPOSTE LaREM93 @CelluleL

I appreciate the position of Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson @SwedishPM: it is important to increase pressure on Russia and step up support for Ukraine, not the other way around. This is exactly what Europe’s collective response to Russia’s escalation should be. We discussed in detail what we need to defend ourselves against constant attacks, first and foremost, stronger air defenses. I thank Sweden for our agreements on Gripen fighter jets. We expect deliveries soon. They will complement our F-16s, particularly in shooting down jet-powered “shaheds.” We also focused on our path to EU membership and support for our energy sector as we prepare for winter. I am grateful to the people of Sweden, the government, and Ulf personally for their support for Ukraine and our joint efforts to ensure Europe’s security.

The 4 phases of Operation Vivaldi restored Ukrainian control over 277 km²🫡🙌🇺🇦 According to Ukraine’s 3rd Army Corps, commanded by Brigadier General Andrii Biletskyi, the four phases of Operation Vivaldi restored Ukrainian control over 277 km² of territory and 16 settlements in Donetsk Oblast🇺🇦 In the latest phase alone, Ukrainian forces reclaimed 101 km² and liberated three settlements: Zelena Dolyna, Lypove and Kolodiazi. The operation also helped thwart Russia’s attempt to outflank the Sloviansk–Kramatorsk urban area and protect a key logistical route to Ukraine’s forces in Donbas. Great job, warriors 🫡 Have powerful days🙌

Ukrainian warriors on the line of contact will get a new field ration designed with their input. More than 60,000 service members shaped it through a survey in the Army+ app. The daily pack now comes as two rations totaling 4,100 kcal, 600 more than the standard set. Inside are ready-to-eat dishes, flameless heaters, water purification tablets, dried fruit, nuts, and dark chocolate. Read more: mod.gov.ua/en/news/ukrain…

The American negotiating track will continue. We’re counting on them to put more pressure on Putin, not on us. Otherwise, it’s simply unfair. As for our meetings with the American side – we expect to meet and are ready to meet in Ukraine or in Europe. If they want to meet in America, let them invite us. We’re ready to negotiate anywhere, and we’re ready for any format: three-way, two-way, four-way, five-plus – it doesn’t matter. What matters is peace. The American side has given us a signal that our meeting with them can happen next week. And, of course, in my view, Europeans need to have their own infrastructure and their own track for negotiations with Russia. We need to pursue every possible avenue to stop the war. We’ll also speak separately with Türkiye. I plan to talk separately with President Erdoğan about the sea and food security, and with representatives of Middle Eastern countries. Regarding a meeting with Putin, the United States is working on this. They have a proposal for a trilateral meeting. This meeting can take place in one of the Middle Eastern countries. The United States has always mentioned the UAE or Saudi Arabia. Another possibility is for the meeting to take place in the United States during the G20 summit. But there has been no confirmation yet from Russia or from the United States. The meeting could also take place in one of the European countries. I know that the Europeans are starting contacts about this. We’ll see how things turn out a little later. From answers to journalists’ questions. (3/3)

Sanctions relief will continue. I think the diesel deal and the move regarding the Lindsey Graham Act are not the end of it. Unfortunately. It’s unfortunate because we all had great respect for Lindsey. He devoted his life to America. We had an excellent relationship with him. And shortly before the tragedy, Lindsey was in Ukraine. He always supported us very strongly and pushed for as much assistance to Ukraine as possible. It’s difficult without him, I’ll be honest. I want to thank both Democrats and Republicans who supported his bill. That was a major victory: this truly bipartisan support. And now, the decision to undo all of this, to block all of it, seems wrong to me. And it definitely helps only the Russians. It only fuels their satisfaction and their desire to keep killing people. This certainly does not stop the war. From answers to journalists’ questions. (1/3)

Putin doesn’t want negotiations right now – in any format. He’s playing word games, saying that “they’re responding.” It looks like a travesty of any genuine desire to end the war. We can’t accept diesel deals, because gas deals will come next. I’m absolutely sure of that. After gas, sanctions will be lifted on other things. It will eventually extend to the banking system, specific individuals, and the chemical industry. And there are risks around the frozen assets. If I don’t defend that through diplomacy – who will do it for us? From a conversation with media representatives in Brussels. (1/3)

Thank you for everything, Lindsey! Дякую за все, Ліндсі! 🇺🇦🇺🇸

❗️Zelenskyy personally greets absolutely every European leader upon their arrival in Brussels for the EU summit meeting.

More than 320 drones and missiles in one night, aimed at Ukraine’s energy grid right before winter. Russia wants millions of Ukrainians without light or heat. Pressure on the aggressor stops this. Relief only invites the next strike.

Yesterday, the Russians carried out one of their largest attacks on Ukraine’s energy sector – more than 15 critical power generation and transmission facilities were targeted across different regions of Ukraine. Restoration work is ongoing, with all necessary services and all
