Tiny, repeatable choices compound as days turn to weeks, weeks to months, and months to years. Working out tomorrow won't change your physique much, but working out every day for the next year will increase your chances of staying in shape.
In order to apply most of your energy in one direction, you have to say no to things that a lot of other people say yes to. Most successful people are masters at eliminating the unnecessary from their lives.
