📌 Suspected Chinese Operators Integrate LLMs Into Cyberattacks In an entry published on our blog last week, we uncovered an active intrusion campaign where suspected China-based operators used Claude Code and DeepSeek-v4-pro as part of their workflow. Claude Code handled execution and persistent sessions, while DeepSeek drove attack reasoning, exploit changes, and phishing development. The exposed infrastructure revealed attacks against government systems in Afghanistan, Thailand, and Taiwan, U.S. reconnaissance, and scans of more than 5,890 government hosts across 10 countries. Як російську ППО змусили працювати проти російського Су-57 💥 Сьогодні міжнародна розвідувальна спільнота InformNapalm частково розкриває деталі успішної HUMINT+CYBINT-операції, одним із практичних результатів якої стало знищення російського винищувача п’ятого покоління #Су57 у Московській області. За даними InformNapalm, унаслідок комплексного когнітивного впливу та кібернетичного втручання вдалося вплинути на роботу розрахунку протиповітряної оборони формування «БАРС #Москва» та перетворити російський контур ППО на інструмент ураження власної авіації. Але почалося все трохи раніше. 17 липня ми повідомляли наших читачів, що опрацьовуємо новий цікавий масив матеріалів, перехоплених у росіян. Серед них були й стрими з полігону, на якому готували розрахунки ППО «БАРС Москва» для протидії українським далекобійним дронам. 📹На відео в цьому дописі — один із таких перехоплених стримів. За результатами аналізу InformNapalm підготував аналітичну записку та передав її відповідним складовим Сил оборони України. У документі були систематизовані дані про підготовку особового складу, програмно-апаратний комплекс, алгоритми бойової роботи та виявлені вразливості системи «БАРС Москва». 📄На другому скриншоті — невеликий фрагмент цієї записки. Отриману інформацію використали не лише для спостереження за противником. Було знайдено підходи, які дозволили вплинути на роботу одного з розрахунків «БАРС Москва» та використати створену росіянами систему проти російської ж цілі. Результат сьогодні побачили всі. В Московській області був збитий Су-57. Російське Міноборони поспішило пояснити втрату «технічною несправністю», тоді як у російському Z-середовищі вже з’явилися повідомлення про саботаж у роботі ППО «БАРС Москва». Саме тому ми вирішили частково розкрити інформацію про цю операцію. До слова, версія про «технічну несправність» Су-57 для нас не нова. Ще у 2025 році в межах спільної CYBINT-операції OKBMLeaks InformNapalm оприлюднив таємні документи російського виробника компонентів систем цього літака. Матеріал був перекладений і поширений 13 мовами світу та поширений в чисельних публікаціях іноземних медіа. Росія створювала «БАРС Москва», щоб захищати столичний регіон від українських далекобійних дронів. У підсумку один із її розрахунків допоміг прибрати з неба російський Су-57. Російська ППО спрацювала. Та цього разу — в інтересах України. P.S: дякуємо нашим друзям — кібер фахівцям майбутніх Кіберсил ЗСУ. Віримо, що Кіберсили колись будуть створені в Україні, якщо Верховна Рада добре відпочине на канікулах та знайде час зібратись і врешті проголосувати їх створення, яке тягнеться вже досить довго.

Again, a video of a lone Russian soldier with a flag, more than 15 km from the front. This happens regularly, especially on some directions. Sometimes, lost russian soldiers are found 20, 50 or even 80 km from the front, after they lost themselves during an infiltration attempt. Their value is very small (mainly propaganda and sometimes tracking down drone operators' positions), and there is a big information asymmetry between what Russia shows and what is the reality. There are often cases of lost Russians asking Ukrainian positions (they think the position is Russian) for food or directions. Since they speak the same language at the front, Ukrainian often realise once the Russian soldier left that he was not one of theirs. Everyday, Russian infiltrators are being killed or captured in different directions. 64 of those have recently been caught on Huliailpole front by Skala (this is not just a show off). This strategy is much more efficient in cities than in the countryside, and we should remember we see less than 5% of what is happening on the front everyday. Any map showing this even as a grey zone shouldn't be taken seriously...

With GeoConfirmed we aim to support and strengthen the OSINT community: the genuine OSINT community, not the engagment farmers using 'OSINT' for attention (and the money it provides). In addition to our core work on conflict-related mapping, where we provide source attribution and verified geolocations produced by the broader geolocation community, we are also developing several complementary projects: We are gratefull for @UAControlMap, whose frontline tracking is embedded in our Ukraine conflict map. We are also building an order of battle (ORBAT) system to connect mapped locations with the units involved. For the Ukraine conflict map, this effort is made possible thanks to @WarUnitObserver. In parallel, we are developing an equipment overview thanks to armsnet.app. Together, these three elements now make it possible to link a single location with specific units and equipment. Finally, we are in the final stages of developing a curated bookmark page "GeoConfirmed Toolkit" featuring geolocation / OSINT tools (see image).
