Today, I bought more shares of $OPEN because my conviction is stronger than ever. 🎯the smart investors buy stocks in different lots and sell them the same way. 🎯don't be stuck on singular buy and sell orders. 🎯if a stock goes up a lot, sell some and lock in on profits 🎯if a stock pulls back and nothing has changed about the fundamentals, buy some more (DCA) 🎯buy high and sell low is a losing strategy @Opendoor LFG!

🚨New homes are now cheaper than existing homes ! The housing market has flipped on its head. New houses are now significantly cheaper than old houses. $392k for new v $420k for existing as of Oct 2025. Which is strange. Because normally new houses sell for nearly 20% more than existing houses over the last three decades.

$OPEN call options vs $OPENW , $OPENL, $OPENZ are mispriced Look at calls expiring 11/20/26 (Schwab quotes) vs warrants expiration same 🎯$7 strike $1.7 x $2.4 (bid vs ask) 🎯 $10 strike $1.45 x $1.67 🎯$12 strike $1.10 x $1.3 🎯$15 strike $.96 x$1.01 ✅$OPENW ($9 strike) $1.4 x $1.48 ✅$OPENL ($13) $.84 x $.85 ✅$OPENZ ($17) $.65 x $67 Conclusion: ✅ $OPENW are discounted somewhat when its priced the same as the $10 calls ‼️ $OPENL most discounted because its trading even cheaper than the $15 calls , it should be trading maybe around $1-$1.1 16% to 23% discounted ‼️Caveat: warrants do have early trigger but higher liquidity 👍 There’s probably a bull call spread trade there somewhere. For entertainment and discussion purposes only, I’m not an options or Black Sholes expert but maybe someone can chime in.

🤔I wonder whats behind the quiet period by @nejatian and @Opendoor $OPEN 🎯Typically public companies have quiet period from 15th day of the 3rd month in the quarter until earnings 2/26/26 in this case 🎯It’s in reference to someone asking about turning EPS positive. 🎯I’m thinking upcoming earnings will blow away analysts numbers and @Opendoor will report positive EPS earlier than EOY 2026 as he previously stated in last earnings 🎯What Analysts Expect EPS of around −$0.08 to −$0.11 Revenue: Estimates project roughly $580 M to ~$1 B 🎯2/26/26 will be epic just look at the numbers it adds up to $82 x2 !
