Petrol prices happily jump 10-15p when there’s a war or some other bollocks! But soon as shits ok, prices come down 2p if we are lucky! Constantly being shafted in this country!

Answer me this. Petrol in my Tesco has risen sharply in the last week. It's now £1.59 a litre. Oil is currently 81 dollars a barrel. In 2010, the average oil price was 80 dollars a barrel and petrol was between £1.17 and £1.22 a litre. Are we being ripped off?
