It's actually insane to me how many US citizens are actively rooting against the United States in this Iranian conflict. I get having questions about strategy, but seeing people actively hope for a domestic loss is wild. Since when did dissent turn into cheering for the other side?

Let's make some money this week. Two new covered calls opened. $IBIT $45 call 5/15 — 27 contracts at $0.61. $1,646 collected. Strike is 14% out of the money. Delta 0.20. Theta printing $57 a day across the position. $MSTR $160 call 5/15 — 1 contract at $2.50. $250 collected. Strike is 27% above current price. IV at 70%. Theta $9.53 a day on a single contract. $1,896 in fresh premium collected in 2 minutes.

If you hate Bitcoin at $69,000, don’t worry, I’m sure you’ll love it at $150,000.

My content and effort on X seems to remain pretty consistent, but my engagements and followers have always been all over the place. Last night saw a large spike in followers for no real reason on like 10,000 daily engagements. They’re clearly tweaking the algorithm, but I refuse to stoop to the level of these engagement farming profiles.

69.6% of the purchase was with funds raised through $STRC and the other 30.4% was $MSTR.

Society judges “success” by visible signals of richness, but those signals are the fastest way to stay broke. Expensive car. Massive house. Designer clothing. The Hedonic Treadmill Theory is the idea that no matter what happens, good or bad, you tend to return to a baseline level of happiness pretty quickly. You buy a nicer car → exciting at first → then it’s just your car. The genuinely wealthy often look average because their money is working for them. So ask yourself: Are you optimizing for the appearance of money or the freedom it actually buys?

As I file my taxes this year, it’s hard to not think about the billions of dollars of fraud uncovered in just one state. And how no one is being held accountable. No arrests. But if you miss your payment or mess up a form, you’ll be the one they come after.

Closed out the week with $3,806 in realized options profit. Here’s exactly what I did and why. The strategy: sell covered calls and cash secured puts on assets I already own or want to own. Collect premium upfront. Let time decay work in my favor. The trades this week: $IBIT $45 calls — sold 27 contracts when IV was elevated. $IBIT was at $38. The $45 strike was 18% out of the money. Collected $1,512. Bought back at $0.32-0.33 for $622 in profit. $MSTR $170 call — sold into elevated volatility with $MSTR at $126. $170 strike was 35% out of the money. Collected $280. Closed at $1.60 for $120 profit. $MSTR $95 put — still open. Sold 6 contracts at $4.75 when $MSTR was near its intraday low. $2,850 collected. Breakeven is $90.25. $MSTR would need to crash through its 52-week low AND fall another 12% before I’m in trouble. When $VIX is elevated, option premiums are fat. Sellers get paid more. I’m not predicting direction. I’m collecting inflated premium and letting theta decay grind the position to profit every single day. The key rules: 1. Only sell 35-50 DTE options on assets I own or want to own. 2. Strike prices far out of the money (20-35% buffer). 3. Close at or around 50% profit, if price movement allows to a quick gain. Still holding the $MSTR put. One position working into next week. What questions do you have about the strategy?

When Bitcoin makes a new ATH in the next 12 months, there's going to be so many people buying the top wishing they would've just bought the dip.

There seems to be a decent crossover of individuals who care about their health and longevity and also care about investing and Bitcoin. This makes sense. If you have a low time preference, why wouldn’t you be health conscious as well?

Oil is up to $112 per barrel overnight, but $VIX is still below 28 a Bitcoin continues to hold above $66,000. You’d think with all of the turmoil the past month, Bitcoin would’ve breached $60,000. Ignore the bears, and just continue to accumulate. Sell the volatility if you can!

Tips for the men reading this. I've worked in healthcare my whole career. Get your testosterone level drawn today while you're young and healthy. Your doctor will probably ask why. If he won't order it, find a functional medicine doctor who will. Here's why it matters: one day you might feel off. Tired. Foggy. Low drive. Your doctor pulls labs and says your testosterone is 300 ng/dL and that's totally normal. But what if your baseline at 25 was 650? That's not normal for you. That's a 54% drop. And without that early baseline, you'll never know. The "normal" range for total testosterone is 300–1000 ng/dL. That's a massive window. A 22 year old at 310 and a 22 year old at 950 are both told they're fine. They are not the same. Your number matters more than the range. Get it checked this year and thank me in 20 years.
