As whistleblowers in Minnesota, here is the single most important thing you can do in a hostile environment and state where government leaders are frankly, corrupt. Document, Document, Document. Document wrongdoing and inaction by leadership in emails, screenshot your chats with perpetrators, and create backup copies of documented wrongdoing outside of your computer in a legally acceptable manner. When the time comes when you share evidence of wrongdoing or retaliation occurs, the first thing you will be asked for is written proof that wrongdoing occurred. And this is best documented via email, meeting notes, screenshots, and other types of documents. It is sad that we need to do this but in a state like Minnesota where the odds are completely stacked against you, you really must document and show written proof and potentially present that data to authorities outside of the state.

I’m not impressed with these hearings where Republicans traipse some corrupt scumbag out and yell at him for three hours. Yeah, he’s a corrupt scumbag. I agree. So why isn’t he under arrest? Why isn’t he facing any real consequences? Why aren’t you actually doing anything?

This is what most "mass shootings" are. Gang members fighting in public, wildly spraying stolen firearms at each other in the streets. We're told gun control will stop this. It hasn't, and it won't. They could keep these repeat violent offenders in prison instead. Crazy idea.
