The most likely outcome is that AI and robots make everyone wealthy. In fact, far wealthier than the richest person on Earth 👀 By this, I mean that people will have access to everything from medical care that is superhuman to games that are far more fun that what exists today. We do need to make sure that AI cares deeply about truth and beauty for this to be the probable future.

What matters is not release of some subset of the Epstein files, but rather the prosecution of those who committed heinous crimes with Epstein. When there is at least one arrest, some justice will have been done. If not, this is all performative. Nothing but a distraction.

🚨REPORT: SpaceX files confidentially for IPO that could become largest in history March (Muskonomy) – SpaceX has filed confidentially for an initial public offering, according to people familiar with the matter, bringing Elon Musk closer to taking his rocket and satellite company public in what could become the largest stock market listing ever. The company submitted a draft registration to the US Securities and Exchange Commission, the people said, asking not to be identified because the filing is not public. The move puts SpaceX on track for a potential listing as early as June. A representative for SpaceX did not immediately respond to a request for comment. People familiar with the matter said the company could seek a valuation of more than $1.75 trillion, which would make it one of the most valuable companies in the world. Bloomberg News has previously reported that the IPO could raise as much as $75 billion, far exceeding the current record set by Saudi Aramco, which raised $29 billion in 2019. The confidential filing allows SpaceX to work with regulators privately and refine its offering before publicly disclosing details such as the number of shares and price range. The company is expected to begin meetings with potential investors this month, in what are known as “testing the waters” sessions, where executives provide early information to support valuation targets. SpaceX has lined up a group of major banks to lead the offering, including Bank of America, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase and Morgan Stanley, according to people familiar with the matter. Additional international banks are also involved in handling orders across regions including Europe, Asia and Australia. The company is considering a dual class share structure that would give insiders, including Musk, greater voting power after the listing. SpaceX is also expected to allocate a significant portion of shares to retail investors, potentially as much as 30% of the offering. The IPO comes after SpaceX combined with xAI, creating a larger entity that brings together rockets, satellite internet and artificial intelligence. The combined company was previously valued at around $1.25 trillion, according to people familiar with the deal. SpaceX dominates the global launch market with its Falcon 9 rocket and is expanding its Starlink network, which provides internet services to millions of users worldwide. The company’s launch operations and Starlink business generate the majority of its revenue, which is expected to approach $20 billion in 2026, according to Bloomberg Intelligence, while its AI business is still in earlier stages of growth. A public listing would give SpaceX access to large amounts of capital to fund its long term ambitions, including expanding satellite networks, building advanced AI infrastructure and developing its next generation Starship rocket system.
