Scott, you lied to the MMTLP community about Greg McCabe, and I have proof. You challenged us to “grow up and ask McCabe the tough questions.” So, I did just that. I asked McCabe directly whether he responded to your letter from 10/10/24 and asked him why you and Mark Basile claim his interests don’t align with shareholders. This morning, I received his full response, proving you lied. McCabe responded to your letter within two hours—a response you ignored (and lied about receiving) because it didn’t fit your narrative. Instead, you repeatedly told the community, “McCabe won’t answer anything in writing,” knowing full well that wasn’t true... It was just a bold-faced LIE! Your actions and dishonesty show a calculated attempt to deceive, mislead and divide the entire $MMTLP community/NBH shareholders for your own selfish gain. You have refused to answer legitimate questions and concerns from respected members of the community, insulted and blocked anyone who questioned you, and used manipulation and dishonesty to discredit McCabe and Nextbridge Hydrocarbons. The other thing I find so incredibly bizarre is that in two separate replies to posts this week, you stated that, "The evidence was clear to me and others several months ago that the SEC was dragging its feet and trying to DESTROY NEXTBRIDGE" and "You are only screwed if NBH goes bankrupt."  These are actually two truthful statements you made... so, why on earth do you feel turning the community against McCabe and further draining Nextbridge of time and money to address legal actions is the answer???  This is NOT the answer! The TRUTH as I see it is clear, as stated in the response below: Greg McCabe’s decisions are based on what benefits ALL 65,000 shareholders, not just a select few like you, and Mark Basile's client. Both of you tried to pressure McCabe into self-serving actions that could potentially harm NBH shareholders. When he (and the BOD)  declined your request, and took issue with the inferences in your letter, you desperately escalated with lies, attacks, insults and legal threats.  McCabe has a fiduciary duty to ALL SHAREHOLDERS and will not act in the interest of a few at the expense of the many—and that’s why you and Mark Basile have made him your target. 1) I didn't say WHY they blue-sheeted, I just said they did. 2) Those blue sheets would have revealed the imbalance of shares that @FINRA has already admitted exists. The company has presented evidence to Congress and referenced in public statements that representatives from short sellers approached the company requesting to buy multiple times that number. 3) Any potential "stuff" being said about the assets was not #FINRAFraud's reason/justification for the #U3Halt. They cited settlement and disruption to the market concerns. 4) Any potential "stuff" does not justify the #counterfeiting of shares. 5) @Tradestation has already admitted they defrauded their investors and cannot deliver their #NBH shares. The #MMTLPArmy has provided verified evidence that 30% of the total potential investors at TS holding $MMTLP/#NBH are holding 200+% of their certificates. No whales, No institutions. (Hint: they skew the numbers higher) 6) Congress also has evidence that another broker has ADMITTED they do not have enough certificates of #NBH to cover their $MMTLP dividend obligations. 7) Congress also has data that two other brokers have potentially extreme levels of #counterfeitshares. 5x-13x over their allotted certificates.
