Stickman & Stick Figure Content Keeps Working 🔥
Sometimes the simplest visual style can generate the biggest results.
Look at Knapp.
Only 23 videos and around 2.5K subscribers, but one recent video has already reached 230K views in just 4 days.
Another reached 117K views, while the channel is consistently testing simple curiosity driven topics.
And the visual style?
Simple stick figures + storytelling.
No hyper realistic 3D animation.
No overly complicated production.
The strength comes from the combination of:
• Simple, recognizable stick figure visuals
• Strong curiosity based topics
• Easy to understand storytelling
• Fast visual changes
• Clickable titles and thumbnails
• Questions people naturally want answered
Topics like:
“Why Don’t We Eat Male Chickens?”
“You Wake Up 100,000 Years Ago… Now What?”
“Why Don’t We Drink Pig Milk?”
These are simple questions, but they create an immediate curiosity gap.
That’s why I keep saying: you don’t always need complicated visuals to build a faceless channel.
A simple visual style with the right topic + strong script + good retention strategy can be extremely powerful.

the faceless youtube creators printing $30k+/mo encode 1 formula into every script.
they don't talk about the formula publicly because explaining WHY their content is addictive would make the content less addictive. but the structural pattern is visible in every high-retention AI story channel if you know where to look.
the formula is called emotional oscillation.
a 40-minute AI story isn't 40 minutes of peak intensity. constant intensity EXHAUSTS the viewer. the brain habituates to any sustained emotional state within 3-4 minutes and the content stops registering.
the scripts printing the hardest oscillate between HIGH emotional intensity and LOW emotional intensity on a predictable rhythm:
minutes 0-3: HIGH. hook, immediate tension, stakes established. the viewer's heart rate rises.
minutes 3-6: LOW. context, backstory, character development. the viewer catches their breath. heart rate drops.
minutes 6-10: RISING. new conflict introduced, stakes escalate beyond the original setup. tension rebuilds.
minutes 10-13: LOW. the protagonist reflects, plans, or makes a decision. quiet before the storm.
minutes 13-17: HIGH. climactic confrontation. the schadenfreude payoff, the underdog inversion. peak emotional intensity. peak retention.
minutes 17-20: DECLINING. resolution + legacy. connect the story to something bigger. the viewer feels the story mattered.
the oscillation creates a physiological rhythm the viewer's body synchronizes with. heart rate rises during high-intensity chapters. drops during low-intensity chapters. the alternation produces a wave pattern the brain interprets as engagement rather than boredom.
the viewers who binge 3-4 stories in a row from the same channel are addicted to the RHYTHM, not the topic. the topic changes every video. the rhythm stays identical because the rhythm is encoded in the JSON template.
the audience comes back because the rhythm feels right even when they don't understand why.
the production implication:
if your scripts are flat (same intensity throughout) or random (intensity spikes with no pattern), the viewer's brain never synchronizes. the content feels exhausting or unpredictable instead of addictive.
encoding the oscillation into a JSON template means every script follows the same retention-optimized arc. the topics change. the characters change. the emotional wave stays identical.

A 12-day-old faceless YouTube channel is already on pace to make $4,000 in its first month.
Its first video reached 272,000 views. The second added another 136,000.
That could be dismissed as one lucky channel.
Then his student launched a separate faceless channel using the same production system. Thirteen days later, it had more than 10,000 subscribers, and one AI-generated video had already made over $500.
Neither channel began with an audience, personal brand or large content library. AI handled the production, while the creators repeated the same recognizable packaging instead of rebuilding the format for every upload.
One new channel going viral is an interesting screenshot.
A second channel repeating the result is evidence of a system.
this guys blender tutorial is like a rushed crash course and its lowkey overwhelming but he also explains it in such a way that i have zero questions whatsoever and would really recommend looking at it
