BREAKING: Trump's latest request for a stay DENIED
Now we will be able to move to discovery & get to the bottom of his corrupt, failed attempt to seize this national treasure
The court also put admin on a timeline regarding the tarp…they will need to explain themselves
PETERS: Yes or no, if a state refuses to turn their absentee voter list to the federal government, will the Postal Service still mail their ballots under this proposed rule?
POSTMASTER GENERAL STEINER: No.
PETERS: So the proposed rule basically coerces states to hand over their absentee voter rolls or face the consequences of not being able to vote by mail
BREAKING: Rep. Ted Lieu is publicly calling on the White House to answer growing questions surrounding reports that an unidentified 79-year-old man received exclusive access to a powerful experimental drug through the FDA’s compassionate use program.
“The White House needs to come clean,” Lieu said. “Did Donald Trump get this special drug?”
🚨BREAKING: In a MAJOR VICTORY, the 6th Circuit REJECTS Department of Justice lawsuit to access Michigan's voter file. The first appeals court to rule on an appeal in DOJ's 9 defeats.
I am proud of the Elias Law Group team for this critical win! democracydocket.com/cases/michigan…
NEW: Hours after heated exchange with Trump, Sen Bill Cassidy (R-LA) joins Sen Cory Booker (D-NJ) in memo to Todd Blanche seeking answers about Trump’s sweetheart immunity deal with IRS
Ossoff: Let's be very clear about what the president is saying to the American people. The president is saying that he will not sign a bill whose purpose is to make housing affordable unless his allies in congress pass a voter suppression bill to rig the election. He is saying, I won't even sign a bill that will give economic relief to Americans unless the rules of this election are changed so that he, Donald Trump, cannot be held accountable for all of his misdeeds because that's what he really fears most of all is that when there is a change in the balance of power, and when we restore checks and balances, he knows that there will be subpoenas flying that officials from his administration will be testifying under oath about the full range of misconduct and corruption that we already know has been happening since the moment he was sworn in.
Tillis: I’ve asked the police officers here: Do they feel like it was OK to give pardons to people who beat them and to prosecute people who, let’s assume for the sake of argument the facts are true, cut a pool lining and get 10 years?
You beat a cop, you get out free and potentially become eligible for restitution.
That seems unequal to me.
🚨BREAKING: Postmaster General David Steiner told senators that, under a new proposed rule, the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) will not deliver mail ballots unless states hand over their voter lists to the Trump administration democracydocket.com/news-alerts/po…
More than 100 former judges have filed an ethics complaint against Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche, alleging he has used the Justice Department to advance Donald Trump’s personal and political interests.
This is not a routine bar complaint.

A note to my friends who still back Trump:
I am not here to dunk on you. I am writing because you have a working brain, and this story insults it.
The Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool got a $14 million paint job. Shortly thereafter the water turned green and the new “American flag blue” coating started peeling off the bottom in sheets. Trump says vandals did it. He claims, without evidence, that someone took a knife and cut a 300-foot slit, a number that grew to 350 feet while he was still talking.
Back on May 4, Trump bragged about that same coating and said, if you had a knife, you could not even cut it, so strong, like powerful rubber. He cannot have it both ways.
And the green water?
A George Mason scientist tested it and found ordinary, non-toxic algae, the kind that blooms in any shallow sunny pool. To fight it, crews dumped hydrogen peroxide into the water.
Hydrogen peroxide is also a paint stripper.
That, not sabotage or vandalism, is the obvious reason the paint came off. They wrecked their own paint job, then blamed phantom vandals for it.
The lone "vandal" they paraded is a 67-year-old Olympian who touched a flap of paint already peeling on its own.
Here is the thing. If they will look you in the eye and lie about something this small, something you can see with your own eyes, ask yourself what else they are lying to you about.
Again, you have a working brain. People like Karoline Leavitt are counting on you to stay loyal instead of exercising independent thought.
Prove them wrong.
Leavitt: The vandalism is very real. Despite what Tim Walz wants to say. There have actually been six arrests at the Reflecting Pool where, again, these deranged individuals—many of them longtime donors to the Democratic Party, to Barack Obama, to ActBlue—have been vandalizing
REPUBLICAN SEN. TILLIS: “What Freakin’ parallel universe did I wake up in? You’re telling me — if it’s true — damaging the reflecting pool lining is something Pirro wants to prosecute… yet they’re releasing people who pled guilty to assaulting officers?”
Trump has turned the White House into a 24/7 corruption operation. This is a national crisis.
Trump thinks the public will stop paying attention.
So I went to the Senate floor to call his bluff. I told the ENTIRE STORY of his 500 days of corruption.

PabloReports: Does Donald Trump get to keep this Qatari jet after the presidency?
Raskin: No, he does not. You know why? Because the Constitution says he can’t do it.
Because the Constitution says that the president may not receive a present, an emolument—which means a payment, an office or title of any kind—from a king, a prince, or a foreign state without the consent of Congress.
And Congress has not consented to him keeping a $400 million jet. So it’s got to be turned over immediately to Congress for disposition.
We can either send it back to the people in Qatar, or we can keep it and do something different with it. But it doesn’t belong to the president.
You know, Abraham Lincoln, in the middle of the Civil War, wanted to keep some elephant tusks he’d gotten from the King of Siam. He never kept a present before. He wrote a letter to Congress. He said, “Can I keep this?” And Congress said, you know, you’re doing a great job, Honest Abe, and we love you, but no, you can’t keep it. Turn it over to the Department of State. That’s the right way to do it.
Every other president has come to Congress to ask whether they can keep one of these foreign gifts from a government, king, or prince. President Trump should be no different. He’s got to come to us too. And if not, we’ll just have to requisition it and confiscate it.
JUST IN: Judge Christopher Cooper (Obama/DC) orders Kennedy Center to report by next month on the purpose of the tarp and scaffolding currently covering the area where Trump's name was removed pursuant to an earlier Cooper order. Earlier: politico.com/news/2026/06/1…
Intelligence Chair Rick Crawford: "If you think about the way President Trump is treating this, it's not unlike the way MacArthur engaged with Japan post-World War 2."
Elon Musk's Grok is a military weapon, and xAI is above environmental laws — according to the Trump administration.
The NAACP sued xAI for polluting Memphis, but the Department of Justice argues that since Grok helped the U.S. bomb Iran the lawsuit should be dismissed.
Sen. @PattyMurray shades GOP Sen. Susan Collins:
Every single Republican in the Senate helped enable this horrifying reality. You don't get to act surprised the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade when you voted to confirm Brett Kavanaugh. You are going to own the suffering and pain you've inflicted on the women in this country.
So…. Looks like they’re going to have to dissemble this stage here at Statuary Hall in the Capitol
Trump has cancelled his signing of a housing bill… which truly jams up his fellow Republicans who wanted to campaign on it
They’ve asked us NOT to take photos
Today is the first day of oral arguments for @RepLaMonica, who faces 17 years in prison for conducting congressional oversight of ICE

Sen. Tuberville promised voters he would donate “every dime” he made in Washington, D.C., to Alabama veterans — and even present checks on a monthly basis. Six years later, tax records and his own nonprofit show no evidence that ever happened.
