U siječnju sam Upravnoj inspekciji Ministarstva pravosuđa prijavila Dražena Lučanina, pročelnika Gradskog ureda za digitalizaciju, nove tehnologije i tehničke poslove, zbog sumnje u sukob interesa. Od 2021. godine vlasnik je i direktor tvrtke Punk Rock Dev d.o.o., registrirane upravo za djelatnosti kojima se bavi ured na čijem je čelu od 20. ožujka 2023. godine. Odobrenje za dodatni rad zatražio je tek 25. lipnja 2025., a gradonačelnik Tomašević izdao mu ga je dva dana poslije. Više od dvije godine radio je bez rješenja koje Zakon o službenicima i namještenicima izričito traži. Upravna inspekcija provela je nadzor i 15. srpnja 2026. obavijestila me o utvrđenjima. Gradonačelniku je naređeno poduzimanje mjera i predloženo pokretanje postupka protiv pročelnika zbog teže povrede službene dužnosti. Gradonačelnik postupak nije pokrenuo. Kao ni u slučaju pročelnice Vere Marelje. Pitanje je jednostavno: štiti li gradonačelnik svoje pročelnike i onda kada nadležna državna tijela utvrde propuste?

Grad podzemnih spremnika i biciklističkih staza Pet godina Tomaševića i Možemo, a Zagreb je i dalje isti: prljav, spor, skup i nefunkcionalan. Jedina stvar u kojoj su zaista uspjeli jest da su od grada napravili muzej podzemnih spremnika i naslikanih biciklističkih staza. Smeće su zakopali pod zemlju (gdje su stigli), a biciklističke staze crtaju po svemu što se kreće – pa makar i preko logike. U međuvremenu: -promet je veći kaos nego ikad, -parkirnih mjesta nestaje brže nego što se grade podzemne garaže, -Jakuševec i dalje smrdi i raste, -stanarine i cijene kvadrata su postale nedostižne, a građani i dalje čekaju u redovima za sve što nije “zeleno”. Ali ajde, bar imamo podzemne spremnike. Bar imamo staze po kojima nitko ne vozi jer su ili prekinute, ili pune parkiranih auta, ili završavaju u ničemu. To je, valjda, napredak. Kad ti je glavni uspjeh da si sakrio kante i nacrtao linije po asfaltu, onda si priznao da nemaš ništa veće za ponuditi. Ovo nije vizija grada. Ovo je estetska kozmetika za siromašne i pretvaranje da si Amsterdam, dok si zapravo samo skuplji, sporiji, ruzniji i zapusteniji. Koliko još godina treba da shvatimo da “zeleno” i “moderno” nije isto što i funkcionalno? Ili smo vec shvatili?
