Your ancestors sit inside your mind like a board of directors & make decisions for you. This is why it is so important for you to study your parents & your grandparents. You can also add aunts & uncles where possible. Because the decision-making coding systems they had are the same ones that sit inside your mind. And until you figure out how to challenge those decisions when you are faced with them, your unconscious mind will make those decisions for you based on their past behaviors. Therapy. Meditation. New environments. Exercise. Going against your gut. Risking new things. Dating across race or tribe. Changing diet. Attending different institutions. Living in different weather geographies. Moving to another country. Hanging with completely different people. These examples can shock the system & help you rewire your mind, so that you can challenge your ancestral decision-makers who sit inside your head & make unconscious decisions for you. But the start is to study your parents & grandparents' lives, relationships, habits, lifestyles & decisions as much as you can. To change the trajectory of your life. Penuel is God.
