Very pleased that Essex Police have now dropped this investigation into @AllisonPearson. Journalists should not be getting visits from the police for expressing opinions. There is no “culture war” about women’s rights. They’re ours. Not men’s, end of. If men who want to appropriate our lives want to cry, that is not our problem and they should see a therapist, or as you say in the States, a shrink. T is the antithesis of L or G. It demands we ignore sex, which is vital for same-sec attraction. It tells lesbians, the female kind, that they are bigoted and hateful for not wanting to date men who call themselves women. TQI+ has nothing to do with lesbians, gays and bisexuals. Our persecution, our struggle for gay rights. But Marsha AKA Malcolm, said in multiple interviews that he was a gay man and a drag queen, not “trans”. Irregardless of that incorrect crumb in our history, he wasn’t even there the night of the riots. It was a black lesbian, Stormé De Larverie, that was the catalyst. I wonder why a lesbian and her part to play has been erased from gay history in the current zeitgeist? I’d urge you to think more about the 51% of the population, female victims and survivors of male violence, lesbians, when it comes to spaces rather than the less than 1% of males who identify as women who are demanding access to our spaces, threatening to kill @RepNancyMace publicly on insta stories, demanding we call them lesbian. Maybe actually look into the “myths of stonewall” and you’ll learn a thing or two, instead of constantly consuming things your friends have approved.
