$SOC Some warrant math for people. They can't do the cashless (ie $10 to $18) redemption until 90 days after the S-1 went effective (ie ~8/10/24). We should have the fire marshal in the next few weeks. At $15 you get $5.05 per warrant in stock. At $16 you get $5.56. The warrants are worth more than "static" value because the "upside jump" exists where you could get the project approvals done and then this floats much higher. Conversely, there is some real downside risk to being wrong. The warrant proceeds are no joke either...ie if people exercise. 14.4 mm warrants at $11.50 = $165 million. Presume the private warrants will not exercise.
