So either Prime Minister Mark Carney didn't understand the Gordie Howe International Bridge deal he agreed to, or he misled Canadians about it. It's hard to believe a former governor of the Banks of Canada and England, and chair of Brookfield, didn't understand the deal.

It has been over a month since my frustration was seen here in my emotional intervention when the Liberals used their manufactured majority to ram Bill C-22 through Parliament. I was overwhelmed by the audacity of a government telling us to stop asking questions and simply vote. Today, the Public Safety Committee is STILL receiving stakeholder briefings, legal analyses and recommendations that were submitted in May and June. The evidence is still arriving, but the Liberals refused to wait.
