The 80/20 of a useful AI second brain: Most people make this way too complicated. You need 3 folders and one schema file. 1. raw/ Dump everything here. Examples: - call transcripts - meeting notes - screenshots - SOPs - bookmarks - articles - customer emails - sales objections - support tickets Don't organize it manually. That's what the next step is for. 2. wiki/ This is where AI turns the mess into usable pages. Examples: - customer language - offer notes - workflow docs - recurring questions - client summaries - decision logs - content ideas The wiki is the cleaned-up version of the raw folder. 3. outputs/ This is where the work happens. Examples: - posts - reports - proposals - SOPs - audits - research briefs - sales scripts - client summaries The key is the schema file. That file tells the AI: - what pages to create - how to name them - what tags matter - what links to add - what should be preserved - what should be ignored - what "good" output looks like This system comes off the shelf with Hermes agent (the skill is called llm-wiki).
