Microsoft $MSFT is planning another round of job cuts next week, impacting thousands of roles, per Business Insider. The cuts are expected to include sales, consulting, and Xbox roles, and will reportedly affect less than 2.5% of Microsoft’s 220,000-person workforce.

.@RepEliCrane’s End H-1B Visa Abuse Act (HR 8443) would fix this. It would halt all H-1Bs for 3 years and require every H-1B currently here to leave the country. It eliminate the exceptions to the cap and reduce the cap to 25,000/year (after the 3-yr pause). Amazon says their H-1B numbers are “overstated” because renewals are being counted. But that excuse makes them look even worse. Think about it. An H-1B is supposed to be temporary. Companies get 3 years to find, train, or promote an American worker. If they’re renewing every single visa, it means: • They had 3 full years and never hired an American for the role. • They treated a temporary visa like a permanent pipeline. • They abused the system while claiming compliance. Renewals aren’t a defense. They’re evidence of a deliberate strategy to avoid hiring Americans, to rely on cheap imported labor, and to sidestep the very purpose of the H-1B program. This isn’t just un-American, it’s a betrayal of every worker who could have filled those jobs if given the chance.

A Letter from This Generation We voted for Trump. Not because he is perfect. He is emotional, prideful, and self-absorbed like every president before him. But he is the first president in our lifetimes who seemed beholden to nationalist ideals instead of globalist ones. He puts America and American workers first, even if imperfectly. Here is the truth the media will never say: the biggest complaint many of us have with Trump is not that he is too radical. It is that he is not radical enough. If people think Trump is extreme, they are really not going to like what comes after him. Because this generation is done waiting. We will keep voting for nationalists until American citizens are prioritized again, in jobs, wages, housing, benefits, and culture. We tried the “moderate” path for decades. It gave us open borders, wage collapse, and a disappearing middle class. We are not going back. This generation voted to put Americans first. And we will keep doing it until the job is finished.
