I know epilepsy can be scary for the person who suffers with it, also the person who witnesses a seizure. Having the feeling of “Omg what do I do!?” and panicking. I want to spread the message it’s ok to be scared, I believe it should be taught around schools as it’s more common.

My seizures used to frustrate me because if interrupted education at school and education. I thought about it and a percentage of seizures were down to stress and subconsciously stressing. I don’t know if it is a cause to anyone else. Getting frustrated makes it worse for me.

the bravest person I’ve ever met is my little sister. When I fell cut eyebrow open even when she was just 14 , she was lightning focused. Pillow underneath my head roll into recovery position. I’ll be honest if I was her I’d be terrified. I mean she deserves a bravery award

strongest person I’ve met is my little sister Kelsey , she lost her big sister my little sister in 2010 Kelsey was 4. In 2015 alerted my dad that unfortunately my mum had two server strokes. Even when she comes home from school she’s always checking everyone else before herself.

Never hesitate on your decision, you hesitate you’ll never know what you could’ve had. It’s better to make the attempt and miss than miss the opportunity, going through life thinking “what would’ve happened if i took a leap of faith?” The choice you missed could’ve been the one.

I’m sure everyone knows, it’s impossible to just wave a magic 🪄 wand and epilepsy disappears. The thing you can learn to get rid of is feeling low and negative, it’s like me but I’m always making jokes and saying it doesn’t matter if I have a absence. Learn to laugh 👍🏻 smile 😊

Don't try to be someone your not just because you don't fit in the group. If they don't like you for you then you need to rethink the group your in not thinking "how will I fit in?"
