Nothing new or special about it. When you don’t ensure justice for a man subjected to mental cruelty by his wife, what exactly are you expecting? Should a man remain silent, suffer everything, and wait until he is either thrown into jail or forced to pay alimony? There is no dedicated law that protects men against cruelty and domestic violence by their wives. The result is right in front of us. When the system fails to protect a man, don’t be surprised when he starts fighting for his own survival. THIS IS SELF-DEFENCE.

If your wife’s lawyer sends you a legal notice full of allegations of dowry harassment, domestic violence, bla bla bla, remember one thing. Most of the time, the lawyer will also tell you, “Take your wife back, otherwise we will initiate court proceedings or criminal cases against you.” There is a simple technique to counter such a notice. Just reply in two lines: “Dear Learned Counsel, I have spent 7 years with my wife, not you. I understand my wife, I love her a lot, and I request you not to interfere in my family matter. She went to her parental home of her own wish, and I respect her wish. She is my wife, and she is free to return to our matrimonial home whenever she wishes.” Just see what happens next. The entire lawyer-driven system will be left hanging. Most of the time, you and your lawyer do exactly the opposite. You start making counter-allegations, send another notice, and pour oil into the fire. Give the fire a chance to grow on its own, not through your mouth. Sometimes, your silence and a simple reply can do what ten pages of counter-allegations cannot. Most of you will not be able to digest this… its ok take time.. and be ready to give 1 crore alimony else.

Stop blindly following Western culture. Western uniforms aren't suited to India's hot weather.

One thing I noticed is how ticket collectors (TTEs) on trains always wear coats, even in this hot weather. In AC coaches, it's fine, but in sleeper and general coaches, it must be hell to check tickets while wearing one. Hopefully, they can introduce a summer uniform.
