It's no wonder Ned Flanders grew accustomed to pain
🚨: According to neurology, the more we focus on beautiful things, the more the brain gets used to seeing beautiful things.
Listen to the rhythm of the falling rain
An oncologist with 30 years in the ICU said the patients whose bodies refused to develop the disease all shared 3 habits. Not genetics. Three patterns of release. 1. THE SWEATERS Those who sweat until salt crystals form sauna, hard labor, heat. Sweat is the body's exit route for cadmium, arsenic, and lead known carcinogens. A 2012 study found these metals appear 2-10x higher in sweat than blood. Those who don't sweat store them in fat tissue where cellular mutation begins. 2. THE HUNGRY-STOMACH SLEEPERS Those who sleep with a light hunger. A c*ncer cell is 10-20x greedier for glucose than a healthy one. Empty stomach drops insulin, autophagy activates. Cells digest their own damaged debris. This mechanism won the 2016 Nobel Prize. Longo's Cell Metabolism study: 13+ hours of nightly fasting reduced breast c*ncer recurrence by 36% in 2,413 women. 3. THE SHORT-TAIL-OF-RESENTMENT Someone who flares up and releases within an hour. Suppressed emotion keeps cortisol elevated for days. High cortisol shuts down NK cells — the killers that destroy emerging tumor cells. Levy's 1987 NCI study: women with the highest emotional-suppression scores had the lowest NK activity. The one who yells and lets go resets cortisol in an hour. The one who holds it keeps her guard off for years. THE PATTERN NO ONE TALKS ABOUT All three share one thing: they release. Toxins through sweat. Damaged cells through fasting. Emotions through expression. The body was designed to let go. Modern life trained you to hold on. The same "holding on" that creates disease blocks manifestation. Your body cannot receive a new reality while clenched around old toxins and old resentment. The vagus nerve is the master switch. When it activates, cortisol drops, NK cells come online, and the body exits survival mode — the only state where healing and manifestation happen. Which type are you closest to?
prefrontal cortex.. the ceo of your mind! ever wonder what makes us think, plan, and control our emotions in a visual and complex way? the answer lies in the most important and most advanced part of the human brain. here are the top functions of this magical piece: 1. executive functions: planning and decision-making: organizing daily tasks and solving complex problems. focus and working memory: the ability to process information and concentrate on a specific goal without distractions. abstract and logical thinking: solving equations, absorbing scientific concepts, thinking and creativity. 2. emotional regulation: controlling impulses and impulsive behaviors. coordinate emotions and logic to ensure balanced reactions. management of neurcommunication and neurotransportation (monoamines) be like: dopamine: responsible for stimulus and reward. serotonin (serotonin): regulating mood and feeling calm. norepinephrine: attention and response to situations. meditation: this part is what makes every human experience unique and empowers you to learn and adapt to the world around you.
your brain doesn't care about your intentions, it responds to repetition. hebb, d.o. (1949) gave us the most important rule in neuroscience, neurons that fire together wire together. your brain is not listening to your intentions. it is watching your behavior. every repeated action strengthens a pathway. every avoided discomfort weakens one. you are not building the life you want. you are building the life you keep choosing by default.
