Ukraine's current strategy is to do everything it can to disrupt his plans. • 13+ Wildberries warehouses hit since mid-July. For context, the Russian MoD has never reliably outfitted its own soldiers at scale. Body armor, helmets, uniforms, sleeping bags, and medical kits are bought by conscripts themselves, their families, regional and oblast administrations, and volunteer or charity networks, not through state procurement. In addition, drone components and fiber-optic reels are purchased through the online retailer largely by small manufacturers and workshops assembling FPV drones outside the official defense-industrial chain. Wildberries is just the largest of several retail outlets in Russia that makes this entire informal, decentralized supply system function. Burning them down degrades the only chain that actually exists to kit new conscripts at scale. • 30-45% of Russian refining capacity disabled, cutting the fuel needed to move, train, and deploy hundreds of thousands of new conscripts. • Strike on refineries, ports, storage farms, pipelines and pumping stations also cut directly into the oil revenue that funds the war and and is needed to support a large mobilization. In addition, Russia's own Rosgvardia is quietly updating its rules to handle unrest during mobilization, while the Kremlin publicly calls the whole thing a lie. #OSINT #Ukraine

At this time, at least two significant facilities are reported to have been hit: Wildberries Distribution Center (Volgograd) — a logistics complex covering approximately 44,000 m², serving as one of the key logistics hubs for the Volgograd, Astrakhan, and neighboring regions. Lukoil-Volgogradneftepererabotka Refinery — one of Russia's largest oil refineries. The facility produces gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, and other petroleum products that play an important role in the country's economy and in supplying fuel to both the civilian and public sectors. In addition, according to Russian monitoring channels, drones equipped with drop munitions are reportedly operating over Volgograd. Information on the consequences of the attack is still emerging.
