I am hiring my first Content & Social Media Lead at DDF Consulting. Someone who can write, edit short-form, and think across more than one brand without making any of them sound like the others. Lagos, hybrid, 1 - 2 days on-site per week. Full-time. 2 - 3 years in. You will plan, write, film, edit, and publish across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok for the firm and the brands it carries. DDF Consulting is a brand and marketing strategy firm working across UK and Nigerian markets, and I am building it deliberately. This is the first seat in a content function I am putting together properly. The person who takes it builds the rhythm, the workflows, and the standards with me, rather than walking into a system someone else built. That is what is actually on the table. The standard is high and the work is steady rather than high-volume. I am not hiring someone to post more. I am hiring someone to think well and produce work that holds. What I am not interested in: template phrasing, chatbot rhythm, follower-count thinking, or “thought leader” branding. The firm refuses those by design, and so do I. What I do want: a real writer with a portfolio that proves it. Strong CapCut chops and short-form judgment that goes beyond knowing the software. A clear sense of why LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok reward different things, and the craft to write to each rather than copy-paste between them. Someone who reads platform data and acts on it, who moves on a brief without circling back five times, and who is deep enough in current Nigerian culture to know what lands in Lagos and what lands abroad.
