PLEASE SHARE🙏 | 💰REWARD: US$300💰 I need your help. On 1 May 2026, I bought a Honda Fit GP5 from a man named Welly for US$8,200. His picture is included in the comments. Just three days after buying the car, I travelled to Masvingo. As I was passing through Beatrice Tollgate, the alarm at the tollgate was triggered and police officers, together with ZIMRA officials, impounded the vehicle. ZIMRA informed me that the car had been fraudulently imported and issued me with a seizure form. I immediately contacted the seller. He came to the scene and promised to refund my US$8,200. However, from 4 May up to now, he has not refunded me. He no longer answers my calls or responds to my messages. I later discovered that the addresses he provided on the agreement of sale were fake. I reported the matter to Harare Central Police Station, and a criminal case has been opened against him. Unfortunately, the police have been unable to locate him. I am appealing to anyone who knows Welly or has information about his whereabouts to contact the nearest police station or get in touch with me on 0775525999. Any information that could help locate him would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Crime Watch, yesterday at around 7:00 pm, I witnessed something suspicious at the corner of St Patrick's Road and Airport Road. A man driving a Toyota Wish changed his vehicle's number plate using black insulation tape, altering it from AFS 2219 to AES 2219. I don't know what his intentions were, but this made me suspect that he could have been trying to conceal the vehicle's identity, possibly because he was planning to commit an offence or had already been involved in one. I thought it was important to report what I saw in case it helps with any investigations. @PoliceZimbabwe

Today, I officially addressed the 2026 Mid-Term Strategic Plan Review Workshop at the Tamarind Hotel and Conference Centre in Kariba, where we reflected on our progress, assessed our priorities, and strengthened our commitment to delivering modern, affordable and sustainable housing for all Zimbabweans. As we implement the National Development Strategy 2 (NDS2) towards the attainment of Vision 2030, we remain focused on accelerating housing delivery, strengthening security of tenure through the Presidential Title Deeds Programme, promoting sustainable urban development through densification, modernising rural settlements, and expanding investment through strategic Public-Private Partnerships. I am encouraged by the milestones already achieved, including Zimbabwe’s election to the UN-Habitat Executive Board, the increase in our shareholding in Shelter Afrique Development Bank, progress in the delivery of housing units, title deeds, Government accommodation, and the continued transformation of UDCORP. Our focus now is on accelerating implementation, eliminating stalled projects, embracing innovation and alternative building technologies, ensuring infrastructure keeps pace with housing development, and delivering tangible results that improve the lives of every Zimbabwean. Together, through unity, innovation and disciplined execution, we will continue building resilient, inclusive and sustainable human settlements that support our nation’s socio-economic transformation.

Never pay for a product or service in advance , chances it will end in tears 4. If you are employing and you see a CV with many employers and short stints at different jobs DO NOT HIRE that person 5. Stay away from Zvigananda business it is not sustainable in the future especially if you are young. You have a whole life ahead to live 6. If you decide to be in politics never use your own money to plow into politics. It is a zero sum game 7. Never give a group of people money to curry favor 😒 they won't appreciate it , instead you breed secret resentment 8. You will soon find that a beer that costs $ 1 is more expensive than a $ 5 beer. Where you hang around is important. Network in the right places 9. Never pick up golf with the sole intention of networking. Real golfers just want to play golf not hear your pitch. Rather enjoy the game and create lasting relationships 10. Never own property. Maybe your clothes and mobile phone. Everything else must be owned by a trust 11. Stay away from slay Queens and Sugar boys ( if you are a woman ) again it is a zero sum game. It is a very expensive hobby for a few minutes of pleasure at a time. Focus on wealth building instead 12. Invest in good Medical Dr's, Lawyers , Accountants , Tax consultants. These will save you in the long run 13. Do not plow capital into your primary residence. Your house in reality is not an asset. You are unlikely to even leverage of it. Its risky 14. Cars are the hill some of us will die on , there is no wisdom in those shiny beautiful machines 15. This parking attendant is not recording parking payments made to him. Please be careful when dealing with him. He operates at the corner of Mbuya Nehanda and Speke Avenue. Today, 2 July 2026, we gave him ZIG 30 to register our Toyota Aqua, but he never issued a parking ticket or receipt. When we returned later, we discovered that our vehicle had been clamped. When we asked him why he had not placed the ticket slip on the vehicle, he claimed that we had never given him any money. We then went to the City Parking Customer Care office along Julius Nyerere Way to report the matter. Unfortunately, the office attendant did not make any effort to follow up on our complaint. Instead, he dismissed us without answering our questions. To make matters worse, we were forced to pay US$36 at their offices, despite the fact that we had already paid their parking attendant to register our vehicle. This is unacceptable. I felt compelled to share this experience because such dishonest behaviour should not be ignored. What is the purpose of a customer care office if customers are not listened to or assisted? Instead of hearing both sides of the story, the attendant simply blamed us for not obtaining a receipt from their employee. We paid their parking attendant in good faith, expecting him to issue a receipt. Yet, within minutes, our vehicle was clamped. At the very least, the customer care office should have contacted the attendant to verify our complaint before dismissing it. We are paying customers and law-abiding citizens who follow the rules by paying for parking. We deserve fair treatment and proper customer service. This is simply not right. @CityParkingHre
