Scaling my first brand - day 32 2.4 ROAS downscaled 20% last night, performance immediately picked up today + super consistent sales. hope to start cooking from here only scripted and briefly did market research tonight, prospecting for a graphic designer now instead of video editor many many ad concepts that i want to try, just not enough hours in the day starting to feel the effects of overworking + very poor health choices today was just so unproductive, couldn't focus and get any meaningful work done. wanted to do so much but felt so burnt and tired. lots of reel scrolling and yt but i've learned to not feel guilty or shame myself for giving myself the space for self-care just to accept what happened objectively and move on to the next day this whole game is a marathon so why treat it like a sprint. not giving yourself that room is the easiest way to burnout if i had been flooring it the entire way i'd probably be burned out by the time i hit my winner this is what worked for me bc for years i would: start something with an initial burst of motivation work insanely hard at it for a period lose motivation and fall back to "bad" habits" feel guilty about doing said "unproductive thing" instead of grinding 24/7 and start negative thought loops give up eventually and then rot and repeat there's periods of work and periods of rest obviously but this has helped me stay consistent

Case 02: 83F (Canada) High Grade Serous Endometrial Ca Stage 4, on Ivermectin 1mg/kg/day and Fenben 888mg/day, omental metastasis decreased in size after 2 months. Case 03: 63F (USA) High Grade Serous Endometrial Cancer, had surgery in Sep.2024, on Ivermectin 1mg/kg/day and Fenbendazole 888mg/day, “Cancer Free” with negative PET/CT in Jan.2025 after 5 months. Case 04: 74F (Canada) Stage 4 Endometrial Ca, CA125 dropped from 659 to 68 to 44, after 3 months. The use of Ivermectin and Fenbendazole in Endometrial Cancer has never been published, so my Ivermectin Cancer Clinic is breaking new ground here. 🙏 There is one paper that describes Ivermectin inhibiting the WNT pathway, which is key in the proliferation and growth of certain cancers including ENDOMETRIAL. 2014 Melotti et al: The river blindness drug Ivermectin and related macrocyclic lactones inhibit WNT-TCF pathway responses in human cancer. "A variety of sporadic human cancers have been found to harbor hyperactive canonical WNT signaling" "Other cancers also show an active canonical WNT pathway; these include carcinomas of the lung, stomach, cervix, endometrium, and lung as well as melanomas and gliomas" "We report that Ivermectin inhibits the expression of WNT‐TCF targets" "Ivermectin inhibits the proliferation and increases apoptosis of various human cancer types" "In vivo, Ivermectin selectively inhibits TCF‐dependent, but not TCF‐independent, xenograft growth without obvious side effects" "Given that Ivermectin is a safe anti‐parasitic agent used by > 200 million people against river blindness, our results suggest its additional use as a therapeutic WNT‐TCF pathway response blocker to treat WNT‐TCF‐dependent diseases including multiple cancers." This is why I can often succeed where the top Cancer Centers in the United States fail. Oncologists don't look at Ivermectin research. In fact, they do everything to avoid it. It's not that they don't know. They don't want to know. Yes, some of this Ivermectin research is obscure, not easy to find, and not easy to read. But it's there. Endometrial cancer responds to Ivermectin, and we have an idea why (Ivermectin blocks a key cancer proliferation pathway called the WNT pathway that is active in Endometrial and Cervical cancers). A trait that separates us entrepreneurs from others is urgency. Was at dinner with 2 team members this weekend and we couldn't stop talking about this.
