I went totally sober over 70 days ago. Here’s a few things that I’ve noticed: -Adjusting your habits in the beginning is hard. You have to build new ones if you want to stick with it. -Waking up earlier naturally is easy. No alarm, etc. Sleep quality is amazing. -Most social events are built around alcohol. Get used to NA beers or find new/different events. -Energy levels are through the roof. More motivation to workout and get shit done. -Get ready to say no a lot. Everyone will still offer drinks/Zyn/gummies.
