So he found MakeGood, a nonprofit that 3D prints assistive devices for people with disabilities, and got to work. He spent over 300 HOURS, designing, printing, testing. and assembling. ...but he didn't just build a chair, he custom-designed it specifically for her He custom printed pink accents, because pink is her favorite color. He built her a removable cupholder and tray table. He designed a space in the back for heavier medical equipment. He gave her soft, bendable straps so they don't dig into her, he even designed an adjustable footrest and headrest so it grows with her as she does.
