I can’t believe how much it cost just to file the appeal. The filing fees alone were approximately $7,300. But this is worth it. This is about much more than me. It is about medical autonomy. It is about the principle of primum non nocere—“first, do no harm.” It is about protecting the ability of doctors to exercise their professional judgment and conscience in the best interests of their patients. Well, I have been working with many colleagues on this, surveying the literature, and it is very clear that there are many reasons for it. "In fact, with my latest paper of reviewing, we've reviewed over 400 publications of various instances is that there are so many ways, it's surprising there's not more. "I mean, I mentioned the T cell response being suppressed. It then switches the antibody IgG switch, so the system becomes tolerant, so the body's converted into it's ready for transplant, so it doesn't reject the kidney, therefore it doesn't reject the cancer. "It can integrate into the genome next to oncogenes. Pfizer's full of SV40, a known oncogene. Many, many different ways, it interferes with the metabolic pathways, all sorts of pathways, dozens of signaling pathways that if you overstimulate them, they will drive cancer. They won't switch itself off. "And the one I'm most worried about is it can bind and switch off the suppressor genes like P53, BRCA, MSH. Now if you have a mutation in one of these genes naturally, which people do, that's just what happens. You get your cancer 20, 30 years earlier than you would normally. "If you were to interfere with more than two or three of these things, you can bring that forward really far. And so that means when you do get a cancer, you haven't got the brakes. You've removed the brakes on it. "And what is worrying is that I have seen, I saw my very best friend who, had a booster just to travel. This is the nonsense. He did not need this booster. And he came down and presented a few weeks after the booster. And he said he never felt well since he had it with very bad back pain. So he was investigated, he was just riddled. It turned out to be melanoma. "Somebody else, another good friend, had the same issue after the same booster. He was riddled too. His was myeloma. So— But I've never seen that sort of presentation in my life in 40 years of doing this sudden boom. And it is definitely associated. "And Ryan Cole in the States, he's one of many, many others that said this is real. And once you get into messenger RNA technology that can integrate at random, that's why it is the stupidest thing to try and make a vaccine on, because it is about as clever as trying to herd cats. It's absolutely impossible and they should give up now. "And the last thing I say, with everything we've learned, please ban all messenger RNA vaccines, because they're not vaccines, they're gene therapies. If we don't, and giving them to children could interfere with their genome for the rest of life. "I mean, I regard the people that allowed these things to go into young people and children when we knew none of them were going to be killed, as basically criminal medical negligence and the crime of the century."

Can fraud be used to suspend a doctor? The Medical Council of NSW suspended me on 27 October 2021 after two complaints were lodged against me on the same day. “John Smith” filed the first complaint at 2:13 pm, and the intern filed hers at 9:43 pm through the same AHPRA portal. On 6 October 2021, the HCCC notified me of the two complaints. Within an hour and a half, the Medical Council of NSW called to inform me that it had decided to convene an emergency suspension hearing under s150. In deciding to convene the s150 hearing, the Medical Council, in consultation with the HCCC, relied on a statutory power that allowed it to take into account the existing “John Smith” complaint. This created the impression that there was a history of concerns regarding my medical practice, when in fact I had never previously been the subject of any complaint. It appears that “John Smith” may have been an insider. When completing the complaint form, he appeared to know exactly which fields were mandatory and which could be left blank. His email address was operational when the complaint was lodged but appeared to become inactive afterwards. The landline number provided was disconnected, and no physical address was supplied. We also know that “John Smith” appeared to be in possession of my family member’s prescription without lawful authority, and it appears the HCCC was aware of this issue. In response to my FOI request in 2022, the HCCC produced a document in which the prescription used in the “John Smith” complaint was contained within the Westmead complaint file. When I raised this issue, the HCCC stated that it was an administrative error and apologised. Was it truly an error, or does it suggest that the two complaints were linked? Should the HCCC provide full answers regarding the identity and circumstances surrounding “John Smith”? If “John Smith” committed fraud, should the matter be referred for investigation? Who is holding the regulators to account? Are they above the law? There should be an independent investigation into the handling of the complaints made against me.

Australia's Bureau of Meteorology has been audited station by station. The report reveals that the agency has systematically erased cooling trends from the historical record, replacing them with synthetic warming. At Rutherglen, Victoria for example, raw data from 1913 to 2006 showed a cooling trend. But the Bureau's adjusted chart flips this into warming. No physical justification, just statistical sleight of hand. Comparisons at Deniliquin also reveals the tactic - how past highs have been lowered to fit the narrative. Minimums from 1910 onward here are reduced by as much as 1.8C. These edits weren't based on new evidence. They were applied decades later by opaque homogenization models. The report's author calls it the rewriting of Australia's temperature history. But it's not just happening in Australia. Climate agencies in the UK and US have also cooled the past so as to exaggerate or even fabricate modern warming trends. This manipulated data is then paraded as truth by politicians and the media with the original measurements buried.
