@DevinAltieri Proper Charlotte does have some pretty great food. I just meant the state of NC in general. I will have to try La Unica for tacos. If you head towards Belmont, check out Doffers Canteen for good food also.

@DevinAltieri When we started asking for recommendations everyone pointed us to bad places. Mostly everything seems unseasoned. Perfectly cooked, but no flavor. That said, we found passable LA tacos. A taco truck in Granite Falls called Craft Taco.

@DevinAltieri Have you found any good food in NC yet? We moved to Charlotte area two years ago, and found it’s surprisingly hard to find great food. Or maybe I find it surprising how much mediocre food is really popular?
