The project is one of five priority projects under PPI Phase 1, alongside Offa, Onitsha, New Abeokuta, and Sokoto. Measurable Milestones: The project includes the replacement of a burnt 150MVA, 330/132kV transformer and the construction of a new 132kV line bay. In Lagos, someone earning ₦1 Million monthly can still struggle because their lifestyle has expanded to consume everything they make. But somewhere in Ibadan, Enugu, Ilorin, or Uyo, another person earning ₦300,000 may be investing ₦100,000 monthly consistently and compounding quietly. One is consuming income. The other is building wealth. This is the financial mistake many Nigerians make: They compare lifestyles instead of balance sheets. Real wealth is not about who spends the most.
