The Department of Justice has sued roughly 30 states and Washington, D.C., to obtain full, unredacted voter registration lists for verification and list maintenance under existing federal law. Many states and aligned groups are resisting, citing privacy and state authority. Among the legal representatives and supporting organizations are entities operating inside funding networks that have received hundreds of millions from foreign billionaires. The Wyss Foundation and Berger Action Fund (Swiss national Hansjörg Wyss) have directed well over $370 million into the Arabella Advisors dark money ecosystem, including the Sixteen Thirty Fund and New Venture Fund. The Oak Foundation has made explicit grants supporting the “greening” of China’s Belt and Road Initiative while also channeling tens of millions into the same Arabella network. The Sixteen Thirty Fund itself has made major grants to progressive voter infrastructure, including over $27 million to America Votes in one recent cycle for registration and turnout work, plus tens of millions more to state-level groups and ballot measure campaigns on voting policies and related issues. Elias Law Group, which has intervened in these DOJ cases on privacy and overreach grounds, received consulting payments from the Wyss Foundation and has litigated against state restrictions on foreign funding in ballot measures. Does this seem problematic to anyone else or just me?

President Trump warned for years that America’s election systems were vulnerable to foreign exploitation and that the massive expansion of mail-in voting during the pandemic created new risks. The recent declassifications make it clear that those concerns were not baseless. What is most troubling is not simply that the threats existed. It is that elements within the intelligence community and the FBI appear to have treated raw reporting and pre-election assessments with a level of caution that, in hindsight, looks less like neutral analysis and more like selective filtering. Whatever the motive, the result was that the American people and many of their elected representatives were left less informed than they should have been about a real threat from a strategic adversary. The allegations involving fraudulent driver’s licenses and mail-in voting expose exactly why identity verification cannot be treated as some partisan obsession. Election integrity requires knowing that the person casting the ballot is legally entitled to cast it. We need stronger verification for absentee and mail voting, proof-of-citizenship requirements, cleaner voter rolls, and better coordination between federal and state authorities. These are basic safeguards. President Trump’s repeated calls for the SAVE America Act and related election reforms are aimed directly at closing the kinds of vulnerabilities described in the FBI reporting. States must be given better tools to verify citizenship, maintain accurate voter rolls, defend registration systems from cyber intrusion, and share information when foreign actors attempt to exploit weaknesses in the process. The threat was real, the vulnerabilities were real, and the public deserved the truth instead of having politically inconvenient information filtered through institutions that had already decided which concerns were acceptable to take seriously. These institutions need to get it together. Playing political games instead of doing the job the American people entrusted you to do is not working. It is destroying public trust. Their responsibility is not to protect a political narrative, its to investigate and protect the country. Do your job media and actually report on what’s happening not run cover for the democrats.

Mail-in voting—other than for deployed military personnel and others physically cannot vote in person—should not survive much longer.

I have spent four years talking about progressive dark money and the NGOs. Whether it’s the Singham operation or it’s the Arabella advisors grift or it is the 15 nonprofits Norm Eisen has.. it’s always the same thing. The entire American system is being funded and run by NGO’s. Now you can add CAIR, SJP and all 187 of those NGOs. They have a hand in elections, they have a hand in, pretty much every single piece of important legislation, and they have a hand in media and narrative shaping. And on the left, they have a direct line of communication with the United Nations. I don’t know what else to say but if we don’t get the real power that controls American politics in check, we are in trouble.

Birthright citizenship was written for freed slaves, not birth tourism. We have an invasion on our hands. We must stop it before it's too late. The Supreme Court got this one wrong.
