Brittneyrose was to receive at least $25-30k for carrying one baby and $5,000 extra for carrying two or more in her contract with the parents. The biological parents claimed the contract included a provision which allowed them to tell Brittneyrose to abort, and they withheld payments unless she ended their daughter’s life.
