Chairman Pakistan Darawar Ittehad Faqir Shiva Kachhi is currently present at the Women Police Station Mirpurkhas along with the girl’s family, where the process of ensuring her legal protection, recording her statement, and completing other necessary legal formalities is underway. On the occasion, Faqir Shiva Kachhi stated that the abduction and forced marriage of minor girls cannot be tolerated under any circumstances. He said that Pakistan Darawar Ittehad stands firmly with every victimized family and will continue its legal and constitutional struggle to ensure justice for every affected person. He demanded the immediate arrest of all individuals allegedly involved in the incident and called for strict punishment in accordance with the law so that such crimes can be prevented in the future. He also urged the government, police, and judiciary to take effective measures for the protection of minors and ensure complete legal protection and support for the affected family. Pakistan Darawar Ittehad reaffirms its commitment to continuing its struggle against injustice, abduction, forced religious conversions, and forced marriages affecting minority communities. The organization will continue to raise the voices of victims at every legal and constitutional forum and stand with them in their pursuit of justice.
