@TrustieSupport Hi, we are seeking an urgent update on Case #01336051 / #01227835. We have provided documented evidence of review extortion and continued violations after a formal warning. The review is still live and causing financial harm. Please escalate to the Integrity Team.

@cole_eliot Hello Eliot. We have UK keycaps for the knight (x-bows.com/products/x-bow…) and knight plus (x-bows.com/products/x-bow…). If you want UK keycap, send an email to [email protected] after the keyboard order is placed.

@AAbgans We have 300 units that will be available to ship in about 3 weeks, then we have a really large shipment that’s scheduled to be ready in April. If you ordered Knight in the past few weeks, you should be in the earlier batch.

@marcoXbresciani @xah_lee @UltHackKeyboard @Vortexkeyboards Where are you shipping to? We haven’t had any problems with customs fees recently.

@cletip_c Not on this model. QMK requires a more advanced chip in order to run. Our Knight and Knight plus models support QMK

@Zageron First I’m hearing of it. What do you want to see?

@GueriaudJc Each row has a different height, so it isn’t possible. We made some Dvorak keycap sets earlier this year, we will look at adding Colemak in the future as well.

@fobia7teen We don’t have any retail stores right now. If your area has keyboard meetups it’s possible someone will have an X-Bows for you to try out. There are over 10,000 X-Bows already out in the world!

@kleeut @laurie_jones Should be even less than that. We ship express from Asia. I’d need to check our most recent stats, but I’d guess 5-7 days.

@laurie_jones @kleeut Shipping is 7-10 days to the US right now. We do have replacement keycaps available in Mac layout.
