@TedDaly12 Try nearly 10 hours stuck in Stansted with a small kid.Thats alot of "fun and not to mention the lack of care and information provided by the staff.Absolute disgrace!

I feel like I'm in a glass jar watching the world carry on while I'm stuck with no power to do anything. I read book,I meditate,I take my medication but life is still a struggle. It hurts so bad,I have no more tears to cry...

Also along side severe depression,I have severe PTSD and severe anxiety....all down to childhood drama. Worst part of it all,working through Therapy to find out why my kids are the triggers and why this is happening to me.It hurts so bad!

It's been 9 long weeks in bed. Out of nowhere anxiety and depression hit.Cant eat,hardly sleep and can't cope with anything. Started therapy and antidepressants and slowly having a day or two better in a week.

@askryanair what's your take on the flight FR8388 being delayed over 3 hours,your Lauda mates thats operating the flight(on behalf of you ) being rude and incompetent and on top refusing people the right to water? Just wondering, obviously asking for a friend! #useless
