@HMRCcustomers I was on hold for 50 mins this morning to discuss a Cash ISA issue. I was then put through to a 2nd department. The 2nd department said I should be talking to the 1st department. They tried to transfer me back but instead hung up on me. How can I discuss without wasting my time?

@O2 is there something wrong with the O2 Extras page? I've tried two different browsers from my laptop, and the app from my phone, all of them give an error when trying to list the available Extras.

@meacouk Hi, my Meaco dehumidifier has started making a high-pitch whining noise beneath its expected low-pitch hum. We have owned it for just over a year (it is still covered by retailer warranty). Is this considered normal? Is it still safe to run? Should I seek a replacement?

@BritishGasHelp Yeah you're telling me Nathan! Sorry but I shouldn't need to "check for cancellations". You realise most of your customers need to book time off work for these things right? I also had to rearrange an important medical appointment I had booked for the same day. All for nothing.

Hey @BritishGasHelp @BritishGas, having to wait 8 weeks for an "annual" boiler service, then 2 days beforehand discovering by chance that it's pushed back an additional 7 weeks WITHOUT BEING TOLD ABOUT IT is not cool. Guess I'll be shopping around before next HomeCare renewal.

@playdate This looks so great. I love what you're doing here. My only worry is, if you're distributing it yourselves, international shipping+duty (to UK in my case) might be a killer... Any plans for international customers?
