If you look at the code ,due to the variable shadowing you can actually never change the owner.even if you pass in as "_owner" as a parameter,it just is assigned to the function-level variable.The original storage variable still remains untouched ,thus making it locked to the deployer itself.I hope this helps.

few days ago I saw a similar code which showed variable shadowing between local variable vs function level variable. In the code that you are showing ,there is variable shadowing but here the `owner` = `owner` is self assignment right? and the assigned value is the function parameter instead of the storage variable. Please correct me if i am wrong

@0xCharlesWang If a contract can allow execution of any arbitrary call to any address,then the "attacker" can make the contract send all of it it's funds to them. Correct me if I am wrong/limited scope of thinking,i recently learned about the approve() call as a beginner.
