Maybe we should start by dropping our focus on things that are not God's Nurturing. Obvious, right? Take a look at what you're focused on..
If God is everywhere, always, then we must be being nurtured by God ALWAYS. We need to learn how to feel God's nurturing, to not ignore it
What if God is nurturing us all the time---RIGHT NOW---but we somehow don't realize it? Are there times when God is NOT nurturing us?
Can we experience God's nurturing in a very direct, personal way? #rememberGod
Isn't Nurturing what God does? To care for, encourage, foster healthy life? How does God nurture us? #rememberGod
There are many right answers to this most important, most fundamental question. One answer may be the most important & fundamental of all.
We need nurturing in order to survive & thrive; so we must seek nurturing as a fundamental priority of our lives. Where is nurturing?
Nurture: to care for, to encourage the growth of, to enhance the life of, to make & maintain healthy. Isn't this what we call goodness?
We all know what it means, but it's worth looking up----just to read the definition remindS one of how fundamental & important it is.
Nurture. Not many words more important than that. #guideforliving
And if you somehow missed the fact that you were living at the very high point of all time, don't worry---you will always be there!
So here we are at the apex of universal history! Just like we were 5 minutes ago; or yesterday; or when we were 5 years old. #thetruth
We seem to overlook that those times were foundations on which the present is built; that they are, in a way, subordinate to the present.
We tend to look on the past with nostalgia, reverence, awe, as tho earlier times had some special meaning or aura that our present lacks.
Everything that has gone before---all the astrophysical, molecular, chemical processes; all civilizations, all societies--has led to this!
What if you're at the highest point of all history---not just human, but of all cosmological evolution to this moment?
Consider this: This moment is the culmination of universal history. Everything has led up to this very moment.
The next time you're out & about, imagine that everyone you see is basking in a feeling of being loved. What would that world be like?
What if everyone you see felt loved?
What if your greatest achievement in life is not something you DO, but something you FEEL?
