Kim Foxx continues to cast a shadow over Chicago.   16 men released from prison under Foxx are set to collect a massive $260 million in settlements, none of whom proved their innocence and were set free without any adversary court process.   All 16 were convicted of murder.   This settlement follows the City Council approving $14 million to two illegal immigrants originally convicted of murdering a couple, who were stabbed 59 times, and kidnapping their 2 children.   Chicago can expect more settlements to come as on Foxx’s watch almost 250 convicted criminals have been released. US Department of Justice must investigate the wrongful convictions racket that’s let hundreds of violent criminals free, turning many into millionaires and enriching their lawyers in the process. Families who lost their loved ones need to find plaintiff lawyers willing to file civil suits to secure compensation from these murderers. There is precedent for this and examples of success.
