Had a wonderful day today, started my project at 5am, felt terrible, cried from 7-2pm, started texting ppl i would've never texted in crisis mode, hit up suicide hotline, sh'd really bad, threw up until blood came up, went to urgent care, scared the doctors, went home & ate pizza

I feel lonely, i wish I had friends here, but it's so hard making any. I have no one to talk to, & my family won't care, they'll just call me crazy. I don't think I can go into work tomorrow, i wish my meds actually worked. Times like this, it's really hard to try and not kms

Had a bad breakdown this morning, trying to stay positive, but it's hard when I have a project due in a few hours and my family reaching out for money. Really need my therapist to reply, it's hard trying to find reasons to keep going
