To everyone who says "stocks aren't going up, the dollar is just going down"—you're wrong, and I can prove it. My latest on why debasement theory is false (and true) at the same time:

I work in NYC and can't think of a single fast casual lunch that is $28. Even double protein Chipotle is under $20. If you're making $70k a year and regularly spending $28 on lunch at work, you're financially irresponsible.
Yesterday I posted a stat about Norway's wealth tax. I found out today that this stat was wrong (and later retracted) so I removed the tweet. It happens. Unfortunately, the media outlets where I found this incorrect data won't take down their articles citing it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
There's a simple solution to this: -Joint bank account (all income goes in, all shared expenses come out) -Each spouse keeps separate account -Any surplus (in joint account) gets split (50/50) and sent to separate accounts -For big purchases, each party deposits back into joint
The reason they do this is because they realize (a bit late) that health is the only thing that you can’t buy.
I'm convinced that something like 50%+ of all Twitter impressions are bots. Here's some data on two different articles I posted (one back in 2020 and one last week). The 2020 one had 15k clicks on 400k impressions The 2026 one had 11k clicks on 2M impressions
The last time this occurred was in the late 1920s
