@GovMLG : HOAs urgently need clarification re Executive Order 2020-024. Page 4. Does a telephone conference call qualify as a "virtual" meeting for the purpose of an HOA annual meeting? It can ensure participation as you specify; it simply doesn't have the "visual" component.

@AskMisterCondo Good answer. I'd like to suggest another: turn up at the next Board meeting, and all that follow. If your Board meetings are closed, ask them to have an Owner's Forum before they begin. Appoint a leader to speak for the group, & have them lay out the facts & call for action.
