@pythonics00 @mattpocockuk as a junior i can confirm that a /grill-me (my own version) session takes a couple of hours at least and like 10-15 mins between each response while i read, learn, fork the session to to dig into each decision and understand it etc. once the session is done a nap is mandatory

It takes up something like 9k tokens before you even toggle on the extra toolsets. imo smth like lazy loading the tools / a code mode style execution env for the mcp server, or exposing it as a CLI too with the option of MCP would save a lot of tokens
