From a technical perspective, the DXY is expected to continue its rise, potentially seeing an extended recovery in the coming months. Additionally, the massive outflows from GBTC after the launch of spot Bitcoin ETFs have impacted Bitcoin's price. Grayscale has sold a significant amount of Bitcoin from its GBTC holdings. Notably, Peter Schiff, an economist, and gold bug, has suggested that despite the approval of spot Bitcoin ETFs, the price of BTC has not increased significantly due to the outflows from GBTC. Another analyst predicts a retracement for Bitcoin towards the lower boundary of an ascending parallel channel at $34,000, while market intelligence firm Santimet believes the market is still optimistic about the long-term impact of spot Bitcoin ETFs. The recent approval of ETFs may have marked a local top for the crypto market due to the FOMO factor being priced in beforehand.

The recent bounce at the wedge's support line and the 0.5 Fib retracement support level indicate the possibility of an upward move towards the channel's resistance at $2,700. However, if ETH closes below the wedge's support at $2,410, there could be a significant 8% drop to the channel's support at $2,300.
