During a hearing today for an accused triple murderer, Milwaukee County Judge David Borowski just went off. Apparently, Thomas Zollicoffer was using a laptop/tablet to discuss threatening witnesses. Borowski questioned why inmates even have that access to begin with.

@SenMarkKelly No, Trump is making difficult to vote ILLEGALLY. Maybe you haven’t noticed there are exemptions in Trump‘s plan, including people who are out of their registered voting district on business. I think that would include the president of the United States working in DC.
