@AmericanAir flight 5445 is currently going back to gate because you’re shitty ass maintenance guys didn’t finish their fucking paper work and visual last night. Now we are delayed which will ruin the rest of the days flights for everyone else. FIRE THEM!

@AmericanAir had a flight issue. We had to deplane, uncertainty on if we were going to take off. The crew had us moved to another plane quickly. While a bad issue, this was a quick and easy resolution. Thank you to the crew on the plane and at @BostonLogan .

Terrible w/ @AmericanAir.The app failed leaving me having to check in on line- after boarding began. Gave my first class seat away and told me I need to show up earlier in case I need to check in at the front, threw a ticket at me and told me too bad. Maybe @Delta gets my biz

@AmericanAir Can you please tell me why is it so hard it is to get a proper response from your customer service team. I’ve asked twice to be escalated and twice I’ve gotten the boiler plate response.
