For the second time this week, I've spent $1000+ for a last minute ticket on a different airline because @AmericanAir can't fly the flights they schedule out of Columbus, Ohio. I really don't know if I'm going to give them a third opportunity to screw me over.
@AmericanAir Please review detailed email I sent to customer relations on April 28, 2026. I explained that my travel partner received immediate reimbursement to credit card and Qatar has not flown from Atlanta to Doha since approximately March 25, 2026.

The funniest thing about my delays is the people let us know we are delayed and they run off so we can’t speak to them for rebookings and such lol @AmericanAir

@AmericanAir NO, they received a request for an update on May 12. I responded to them immediately with all relevant information on April 27th and have asked for an update more than once only to get ignored. I sincerely hope this is not how loyal customers are treated.

@AmericanAir I even just tried on my phone, not on WIFI, on cellular and it still is having an issue. i called to make a reservation an hour ago, they said hold time was 15 minutes, i still have yet to receive a call back. I don't want the price to change. i took a screen shot to prove price
